Your feedback is a valuable part of our continuous quality improvement process. We welcome both compliments and complaints, which can be submitted verbally or in writing.
For formal complaints to be accurately investigated, we prefer they be submitted in writing, either electronically or in hard copy. Upon receipt, QIP Consulting will acknowledge your complaint within five business days and outline our complaints management procedure.
